it’s also crafting season, and with that one might think that means a girl sits down and focuses on her existing line of creations, and just prepares for fairs.

But i couldn’t resist some experimentation, becuase it’s fun, making things is fun and trying new things is even more fun.
So today my lovely order from ponoko arrived with some new creations that i have instaantly fallen in love with
2 turtle doves, i have no true idea what a turtle dove looks like, but i figure a turtle style beak and a dove type wing is what i came up with
one tinted red, one tinted and frosted white
these images do them no justice as i just whipped out the camera 10 seconds after unpacking them, so they are on plain old shipping cardboard
But I do think they will look lovely hanging from a Christmas tree or a window
Granted people often don’t buy decorations these days, so i may just end up having a whole pile just for myself.
Something that seems quite ok to me, becuase honestly, if i don’t love it, If I don’t want to own it, I just don’t make it.
