Ponoko are always top notch with their service, the laser cutting is impeccable and to round it all off they really do care about their customers and go above and beyond on a regular basis.
and if you are extra lucky and pick up an order on your birthday you might get a special grimly from the team.
I’ve tried other places, the results were very mixed, the service was pretty marginal and the tiny amount saved in pricing did not cover the bad service and the frequent number of times i had to get things re cut. It was not worth the fuss and hassle, I want an end product that is consistent every single time my designs are cut, i want to be kept informed and i want it simple and hassle free.
Most of all i want it perfect every time so that those of you buying my creations get the very best.
