Tonight i had a lovely evening enjoying cocktails and craft with Miss Millie
we got our start time wrong, but by 7pm we were well settled into Hawthorn Lounge with delightful drinks.
My personal favorite was the De-Lovely.
I was also delighted to be joined by a new gentleman friend who also has a strong attachment to cocktails. His only problem is that he’s not got a name.
As we all know no young monkey can truly make his way in the world without a name, so dear friends i ask you.
Where should i look for inspiration?
I’m tempted by tradditional cocktail names, like Manhattan, or Margratia but despite his predelicions is that a tad too obvious?
perhaps something more befiting his irish ancestory would be suitable?

‘Mr Murphy’ is a Mexican inspired Irish Cocktail.
1 part Irish Mist
1 part White Rum
1 part Orange Juice.
Serve in a rocks glass
with a dash of Angostura bitters.
Delicious with or without the monkey
